Answer : The dog was sick of wandering from one place to another in search of food  so, he decided to become a servant.

Answer : The dog was looking for the strongest creature on Earth who could protect him throughout his life. In order to find one, he stayed with a wolf, a bear and a lion before findings his final master human beings.

The dog left the animals one-by-one because he found that the wolf was afraid of the bear. He stayed with the bear but later found that the lion was stronger than him. He requested the lion to be his master and found that he was afraid of human beings.

Question 2 :  Why did the dog stay with the lion for long time? Who was his next master after he left the lion?

Answer : The dog served the lion for long time because his life was good with him.

He had nothing to complain of as there was no stronger beast than the lion in the forest. Nobody had guts to touch the dog or could harm him in any way.

The dog’s next master was the man as he was stronger than the lion. The lion ran away after sensing the presence of man. The dog joined the man and served him faithfully.

Answer : Yes, the dog was selfish as he was looking for  a master, who is stronger than anyone on Earth so that nobody could harm the dog in the forest. He was looking for somebody who could protect him throughout his life.

The dog was sick and tired of wandering from one place to another in search of food. He wanted an easy life so, he decided to become somebody’s servant and be dependent on him for food and shelter. The dog was only concerned about himself that’s why he kept changing his master.
